We want your rental experience to be clear from the beginning. Before collecting a vehicle, please review the key rental information below. Your final rental agreement will contain the specific terms that apply to your booking.
Your rental begins and ends at the dates and times shown in your rental agreement. If you need to extend your rental, contact Perfect Rentals before the agreed return time. Extensions are subject to approval, vehicle availability and any additional charges.
Rental charges and the payment schedule will be confirmed before the vehicle is collected. Any additional approved charges will be handled in accordance with the rental agreement.
A bond or security deposit may apply depending on the vehicle and rental arrangement. Where applicable, the amount, payment method and conditions for release will be explained before the rental agreement is completed.
The vehicle's fuel level will be recorded at collection. The required return fuel level and any refuelling charges will be set out in the rental agreement.
Any kilometre allowance or usage conditions applicable to your rental will be shown in the rental agreement. Additional kilometre charges may apply where the agreed allowance is exceeded.
The rental agreement will explain the applicable vehicle cover, renter responsibilities, damage reporting requirements and any excess or liability that may apply. Customers should read these terms carefully before driving the vehicle.
Before departure, the vehicle condition should be recorded and any existing damage noted. Customers should also inspect the vehicle and raise any concerns before leaving the collection location.
The renter is responsible for tolls, parking charges, traffic infringements and other charges incurred during the rental period where the rental agreement assigns that responsibility to the renter.
If the vehicle breaks down, is damaged or is involved in an accident, contact Perfect Rentals as soon as it is safe to do so and follow the instructions provided. Emergency services should be contacted first where required.
Please return the vehicle at the agreed location, date and time and in the condition required by the rental agreement. Contact us in advance if you expect to be late or need to request an extension.
